Karin Nelsson

Karin is a senior advisor and Inizio partner. She works on business development, and has a distinguished career in the areas of leadership, entrepreneurship and business development, with the research field as a constant. She has worked for smaller startups as well as major international corporations such as Sifo, Gallup, Novus and Synovate. Karin knows research, and she brings a broad perspective to her job. Karin has a background as a business economist specialising in marketing and organisational development. She is also a certified NLP practitioner.

Magnus Klockare Rossby

Magnus is an Inizio partner and one of its founders. Magnus combines two decades of research experience with in-depth knowledge of the forces that drive the media and advertising industries, focusing on the role of new media as an advertising medium. Magnus has an MBA, and he specialises in marketing and statistics.

Ella works as an analyst at Inizio. She has previously worked with research in London and Los Angeles and has an MSc in Social Research Methods (Statistics). With many years of digital experience and working with data, analysis and insights, Ella has a wide interest in social issues, digital media and business.

Stefan Petersson

Stefan is an Inizio partner and one of its founders. With a background as an analysis manager at Gallup and Wireless Opinion before moving to Sifo, Stefan has longstanding experience in advanced analysis methods. Stefan is also an expert in utilising large customer databases and building systems to integrate different types of databases.

Patrik Brink

Patrik is head of systems development and an Inizio partner. Patrik develops intranets, extranets and public web services. He loves retrieving and analysing data from databases, and he still does a lot of coding. Patrik has a degree in systems development and has worked in Microsoft environments during his career.

SYSTEMS DEVELOPER

Eric Björkvall

Eric is a systems developer at Inizio. He works with Inizio’s proprietary web applications, which are used either in-house by us, or by our external customers. He enjoys developing systems that are easy to use and provide added value to users. Eric is a skilled systems developer. He works in Microsoft environments, concentrating on web development.

PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT

Emmy Sandberg

Emmy has recently completed her stuides in behavioral sciences at Uppsala University and is now working as a project assistant at Inizio. Her work is to be a support to our project managers and analysts, but also to do analytical work, graphics production as well as data streams in production. Emmy is analytical and curious as a person and has a geunine interest in the society and media industries.

SENIOR ADVISOR

Lars Lyberg

Lars is a senior advisor at Inizio. Lars has a PhD in statistics, and he spent many years at Statistics Sweden. His specialty is survey quality. Lars was the editor-in-chief of the scientific journal Journal of Official Statistics for 25 years. He has authored and edited several books in the field of surveys. Lars represented Sweden in the development of ISO Standard 20252 on Market, opinion and social research. He is currently an adviser to publishing company Wiley and the European Social Survey. He has taught methodology issues in the survey field in over ten countries.

RESEARCH MANAGER

Viktor Wållgren

Viktor works as a Research Manager at Inizio and is responsible for Digital Admap working mainly with implementation and analysis of digital campaign measurements. He has a Master Degree in Economics and his professional experience includes market analysis from both public and private sector more specifically with housing market analysis. He is interested in research methodology and digital media.
